“The Wolf Among Us: Faith” was one of my favorite games of last year. The only thing that kept it out of our picks for the best games of 2013 was the simple fact that is was only the first part of a broader story that is destined to span a total of five episodes. While I am confident that the whole game will be just as wonderful as the first part, since we hadn’t seen the entire thing, we decided to wait. If it wraps before the end of this year, I’m sure it will be a top contender for this year’s selection.
“Faith” left us on a brutal cliffhanger with Bigby Wolf on the chase of a serial killer who is murdering Fables that are near and dear to him. Telltale Games released a trailer today that doesn’t really answer any of the questions asked of us but does a nice job of giving a look at the new episode and how things could play out depending how you handled the moral choices you had to make for Bigby.
No release date is set yet, but I’m hoping for something in the next few months.
