The PS4 launch is mere weeks away, but unless you were lucky to enough to attend some of the very few public exhibitions of the console over the last few months, you probably haven’t had a chance to try one out yet.
Well Sony wants to rectify this and has started releasing demo consoles to retailers so eager fans can finally get their hands on the system. The catch? They are only availabe at select Sony retail stores, and as I’m writing this, the nearest place I can go to try one out is hunreds of miles away.
To see if you are lucky enough to be near a Sony store to play some of the games, follow this link, type in your zip code, and a map will pop up showing if there’s a store in your area.
If they’re as far away from you as they are from me don’t be too upset. Sony has promised that all the big video game retailers (GameStop, Wal Mart, Best Buy, etc.) will be getting their displays in soon enough, so we’ll just have to be patient.
In the meantime, if you have gotten some hands-on time with the PS4, let us know about your experiences in the comments below!
