Super Roman Conquest is a game that seems as though it’s tailor made for my sensibilities. It’s a real time strategy. It’s a 16 bit RPG. It’s a history nerd’s dream. And it’s being built by guys formerly of LucasArts.
Since being laid off from the company that built some incredible games, Tim Temmerman and the guys at the new “Sea Cliff Interactive” put their heads together to come up with this game. It caught my eye almost immediately and I reached out to them, hoping they’d be interested in sharing their story with us.
Tim Temmerman, one of the minds behind Super Roman Conquest, got back to me interested in doing an interview with me. We talked about his days at LucasArts, what makes Super Roman Conquest different, and the things he likes about video games.
Here’s the audio of the interview, via Full of Sith:
As you see this, Super Roman Conquest still has 9 days left to hit almost $10,000 more dollars. I hope you dig the interview and pick up a copy of the game. I think it looks great.
Once again, here’s the link to the kickstarter.
