The Examiner is reporting that Collin Sebastian an analyst for Baird predicted the Xbox will outsell the PS4 3 to 1. That statement isn’t the wildest part of the report though, Sebastian is quoted as saying
Microsoft is “working with channel partners to lessen the [price] gap.”

Many are now speculating that even a $50.00 price drop could help move the console. But removing the Kinect is mentioned as being able to drop the price up to $150.00, and the blame for requiring Kinect integration is purportedly being placed squarely on the shoulders of Don Mattrick, who has now left Microsoft. Would a cheaper console help your credit card slide out of that sticky wallet?
