I never was that into Evageline Lilly (Kate). And then I watched tonight’s episode of LOST and I suddenly gotta hella chubby.

Ok, so I’m gonna write about tonight’s LOST episode, so if you haven’t seen it yet, and don’t want to be spoiled, stop reading now.

SPOILER ALERT:

“Something Nice Back Home” was a 10/10 episode. Most eps this season have been solid 8/10, with the Desmond ep being an amazing 10 but the Michael ep being an underwhelming 6.

Here are the most important parts of “Back Home”:

• Jack’s flash forward is obviously pre-“We have to go back!”
• Jack is reading “Alice in Wonderland” to Aaron. I think it’s very, very, very, very important. Here’s what he read: “Alice took up the fan and gloves, and, as the hall was very hot, she kept fanning herself all the time she went on talking: “Dear, dear! How queer everything is today! And yesterday things went on just as usual. I wonder if I’ve been changed in the night? Let me think: was I the same when I got up this morning? I almost think I can remember feeling a little different. But if I’m not the same, the next question is, Who in the world am I? Ah, that’s the great puzzle!”
• And then later Hurley tells Jack, “We’re all dead. We never left the island.” This is just plain weird and alludes to the whole “purgatory/heaven” theory which the creators have already denied.
• Bernard tells Jack, right before he knocks him out with chloroform, “Dream about something nice back home”. And then Jack is in the future at his office, hears a smoke alarm (Black Smokey Monster?) and then sees his dead dad in the lobby.
• Miles hears/sees the ghosts of Danielle and Karl. What does this say? What else does he see?
• Are Jack’s flashes now becoming similar to Desmond’s? Flashing around space and time while the universe “course-corrects” itself?
• WTF is Kate doing with Sawyer in the future? He “chose to stay” on the island. So, what is the “chore” she’s doing for him? Why lie to Jack about it? Jack gets mad/jealous and starts to drink and now we see him start to fall apart.
• WTF is up with Claire? Can she die already? The writers haven’t given her anything but “Stand over there and protect your baby all mother-like”. She’s dead in the water as a character already. Can she just die?
• Holyfucking shit, I just thought of this: What if Claire is dead? Seriously. She was in a house that exploded. Sawyer finds her without a scratch. While walking through the jungle Miles, the ghost hunter, can’t stop staring at her. And then, her dead dad shows up by the campfire and she disappears. She died in that exploding house. I bet they find her burned body…
• Ok, WTF with Christian Shepard showing up everywhere with white shoes? Is Jack’s dad Jacob? Will Jack ever find out that Claire is his sister? Will there be a light-saber fight between Jack and Christian?
• Ok, Jaters seem to have won the war. Juliet’s out and a ring is on Kate’s finger. Pwned.
