A bit of a local story for you tonight. The television show Psych, about a private eye and fake psychic has been doing rather well and is currently airing it’s sixth season. Over the summer the official Psych website held an online contest. This contest involved people making votes for their college to be featured in some way on a future episode of Psych. Well apparently Provo-Based college Brigham Young University has so many fans of the television show Psych that they won the voting with a margin of 3.5 million votes more then the second place finisher. Well last night roughly all 5 million of votes paid off, and so two extras were shown in a nightclub wearing BYU’s iconic logo as one of the main characters Burton Guster checked the ladies out. Here are two screenshots from this week’s episode.
It might not be much, but it is a nice nod to the winners.
