Tom’s Hardware released a photo of a Steam Machine that they snapped from iBuyPower. This little fella is running an AMD CPU and a discreet GPU with a 500 gb hard drive. Steam Machines are not supposed to rear their head until January at CES, but this is an early glimpse of what we could be getting.
The one we spied here is packs an AMD CPU with a discrete GPU. It will also have Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and at least a 500 GB HDD with faster and larger options planned.

It looks really good, especially for a PC. I like that its flat, sleek, the LED’s in the center help justify it’s existence, and I hope that Steam logo on top isn’t just photo shop. The claim on the system is that it will run all games at 1080p and 60 fps. We can expect, however, that depending on the game it will not be a guarantee all the time. The other question is will it be able to compete with the Xbox One and PS4 in the pricing arena. With both consoles selling 1 million units in their first few days of existence, we can expect some definite competition in that space. What do you guys think the other PC titans will come out with?
