The press received an invite today for a press event on October 23, via Apple. A source close to BSR, met a few people this week who have been previewing a “stripped down iPad model”. Looks like we’ll be seeing that iPad mini sooner than later. This is a perfect strategic launch for Apple with Windows 8 on the horizon, and the slate just around the corner.
