Anyone else as curious about Antoine Fuqua’s “Southpaw” as I am? This cast (Jake Gyllenhall, Rachel Mcadams, Forest Whittaker) looks intriguing. Fuqua is a great director with a history of picking interesting projects, and this has a pair of good screenwriters. I’m a sucker for a good boxing movie, and that new “Creed” trailer has really put me in the mood.
Well, you can see “Southpaw” a week early and for free with me here in Austin.
