It’s finally October, the best month of the year. Not only do the leaves start to turn as the weather gradually gives way from the summer heat to the briskness of fall, but it is also capped off by my favorite holiday, Halloween! And what better way to spend your October than revisiting (or discovering) some classic horror movie gems that will help set the tone for a spooky night in or a movie fest with the family?
Last year, we mainly focused on some of the true horror classics of the last century, but this time around, we wanted to make sure that we would have recommendations that were just as fun and frightening for the little kids too. So while we’ll have enough films that feature plenty of blood, guts and bouncing ta-tas, we also threw in some kids movies that even adults will enjoy as well.
A new article goes up every Monday, Wednesday and Friday throughout October, starting tomorrow with Citizen-Bot’s thoughts on “Young Frankenstein”! Also, if there’s a movie you’d love to hear our thoughts on, be sure to let us know in the comments below, and we’ll see if we can squeeze it in.
Happy Halloween and Horror Movie Month!
