DeviantART is the home of many an awesome artist and Stanley Lau a.k.a. artgerm stands above most of them. He has a focus on comic book and pop culture art doing pieces ranging from the cartoony and stylized “Pepper Weird” to life like portraits.
What really caught my eye was his line of Justice Magazine covers that are so convincing, at first glance I thought this was an actual magazine that I wasn’t familiar with.
Unfortunately my attempt at buying a subscription was thwarted. Luckily there’s an awesome consolation prize in the truly incredible art that he offers.
