Mimicking the 2014 Eisner awards winners to a very large degree, the 2014 Harvey Awards were filled with excellence in the comic book medium. The Baltimore Comic Convention drew in the best in talent from the comic book industry for the 2014 convention. The parallel to the award nominees and winners was not lost on the fans. Matt Fraction and Chip Zdarsky’s “Sex Criminals” continues to delight, “Saga” remains everyone’s favorite and the creator of “Peanuts” and a comic strip legend Charles Schulz was the first to be inducted into the Harvey Kurtzman Hall of Fame.
