In advance of the release of his new book, Vader’s Little Princess, Jeffrey Brown took time out of his incredibly busy schedule to chat with us over at Full of Sith.
Not only did we talk about his previous book, Vader and Son, and the new book, we also talked about his career in comics and how he got into (and stays into) Star Wars. We also discussed how he’s showing his children Star Wars and at what pace.
He also revealed some new details about his next Star Wars book for Scholastic called Jedi Academy.
Jedi Academy is set 200 years before the prequels and features a group of younglings under the tutelage of Yoda in the Jedi Temple as they deal with all of the normal middle-school sorts of problems. And the Gym Teacher is a Wookiee. It’s told through the journal of a young Padawan named Roan. It sounds like a lot of fun and with Jeffrey Brown’s touch with Star Wars, you know it’ll be fun for adults and kids alike. You’ll have to listen to the full interview for more details.
Jedi Academy comes out in September from Scholastic and can be pre-ordered on Amazon now.
Vader’s Little Princess comes out next week.
You can follow Jeffrey Brown through his website and be sure to email him, wondering why the most recent social media he has there is a Myspace page.
