Fall is in the air again. The cool tinge in the air, the coloring leaves, the craze of hormones on campus. It can all only mean one thing, that’s right, Blizzcon 2015 is just around the corner. (What else would it mean?) November 6th and 7th will herald two days of mayhem, merriment, and a celebration of all things Blizzard, the wondrous wizards behind the World of Warcraft, Diablo III, StarCraft II, and the highly anticipated Heroes of the Storm and Overwatch.
Blizzcon literally has something for all of their Hordes of fans (see what I did there? o.O). You can test out the new games, hear the latest from developers and watch the Warcraft Arena and StarCraft world championships. You can meet voice actors, and watch the incredible blizzard artists at work. There are bounties of loot that you can buy or win. No matter what aspect of Blizzard’s entertainment empire you enjoy you can find it here.
One of the highlights of Blizzcon every year are the talent competitions, featuring amazing cosplayers and performers chosen from among the blizzard fan base. I always look forward to the talent competition, but this year I received an extra special treat — my band has been selected as one of the finalists for the talent competition!
