The 501st Legion has always taken costuming above and beyond the call of duty. They make the best and most accurate movie replica costumes in the world to the most exacting standards.
At Celebration V, some of the garrisons impressed the world with their reproductions of various set pieces as well. The piece de resistance last time? A life size TIE Fighter.
This year, I think Roxy the Rancor (pictured above) might just take the cake. They’ve created a replica Rancor for people to take pictures with and I couldn’t be more excited to get near this thing.
There are plenty of things you can say about Star Wars fans, but I think their creativity and ingenuity may take the cake.
