So yesterday’s voting was both predictable and unpredictable. Predictable in that Thor and Joss Whedon won, unpredictable that Loki actually got more votes than Stan Lee. Thor beat Loki 83% – 17%, Whedon beat Lee 87% – 13%.
The champion of the Civil War, Captain America.
The unbreakable winner of Schism, Wolverine.
The undefeated Asgardian of Seige, Thor.
And the Cinderella story out of House of M, Joss Whedon.
It’s worth noting that Cap, Thor, and Wolverine were all #1 seeds, while Joss is a lowly 5 seed. I have no idea what you’re going to do with your votes. My heart is with Captain America and Whedon, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see Thor or Wolverine as the champion. Each of these four is a worthy competitor.
