Pee Wee himself has joined ABC’s “Once Upon a Time in Wonderland” cast as the tardy bunny who occasionally accompanies/confounds Alice on her epic journey. The spin-off will take place in a pre-“Once Upon a Time” universe, and stars Sophie Lowe as the usually titular traveler.
Reubens’s more subtle talents are often overshadowed by the genius of Pee Wee Herman, but turns in “30 Rock,” “Pushing Daisies,” numerous voice over gigs, “Blow,” “Mystery Men”… oh my gosh I could go on forever but let’s just wrap it up with what might be the greatest death in the history of cinema:
