Today we get to wish one of my favorit people in the world a very happy birthday, Stan Lee!
God I love this guy, sometimes it seems like he invented my childhood or at the very least all the characters I looked up to during it. But the thing I find most endearing about him is the fact that even at the age of 91 this man still continue to be a part of the industry.
There are few people in this world who say things like “I love writing and will continue do so until the day I die.” and then honestly have the will power and drive to do it! I find this to be one of the greats qualities that any one person can possess and it always inspires me to make myself better!
I’m constantly plagued with seeing articles and reviews saying that Stan Lee is washed up hack who doesn’t have the talent to cut it in todays world, but I have a Heroman and Daredevil figure sitting on my shelf telling me otherwise!
Thanks Stan Lee no matter how old you or I get I will aways look up to you, Excelsior!
