The sources conflict a bit between movie websites, but it seems we’re getting a mid/late August release…just as I predicted.
Sure, I’d like to see it sooner, but I think such a strange genre film from a cult filmmaker will definitely benefit from a mid/late summer release. This way, the big blockbusters have come and gone, and kids are still scrambling to have their last hurrah of the summer.
Lets all cross our fingers and say a little prayer for Edgar Wright, Michael Bacall, Bryan Lee O’Malley and the rest of the crew, they deserve a hit with this one…and if you ask me, they can’t miss.
